Creek, Sr. (Brenda) of Berkeley Springs, James C. Creek, Jr. (Virginia) of Martinsburg, W. V, Phillip A. Creek of Berkeley Springs and Matthew L. Creek (Lisa) of Hancock; and his siblings, Vernon Creek of Hancock and Wanda Seiders of Erin, Tenn.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
