He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley W. Golden and Cornelia Golden (Mellott); his wife Donna Jean Golden (Waugh); his siblings, Marvin, Robert, William Golden, Juanita Dorrier, Jean Keefer and Darla Hartley; his daughter Brenda Lee Golden; his grandson Adam Golden; and his pet Jak.
He is survived by: his children, Herbert I. Golden, Jr. (Audrey), Ronald E. Golden (Debbie), Beverly E. Huntzberry (Dave), Donna G. Mason, Pamela J. Golden, Penny S. Pittman (Randy) and Barbara A. Younker (Steve); and his siblings, Lora Ann Myers, Margo Mann and David Golden. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
The family requests that, in place of flowers, memorial donations in his name may be made to the Piney Plains Church Cemetery Association, at the above address.
