She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Payne and Irene May Payne (Buckner); her husband John William Norris, Sr.; her children, John William Norris, Jr., Mary Ellen Norris and Darlene Miley; her brothers, Glen Payne, Sam Payne, Charles Payne and David Payne; and her half-siblings, Roy Payne, Russell Payne, Richard Payne, Lyle Payne, Winnie Fox, Louise Fox, Rachel McBee and Hazel "Peg" Hendershot.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Frances Jones of Erie, Barbra Ellen Hackathrone of Erie and Debra Ann Love of Milford; her sister Jackie Divelbiss Mellott of Hancock; her grandchildren, Robert Hoopengardner, Amy Swartz, Steve Chludzinski, Jerry Miley, Ritchie Miley, Michaela Waugh, Loucinda Schlotterbeck and Paul Norris; and her children-in-law, Kenneth Miley, Scott Love and Carol Ann Norris. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
