He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barnabus and June Helen Smith (Creek); and his brothers, Greg Smith and John A. Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Ann Dawson of Great Cacapon and Bradley J. Smith of Hancock. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
