She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry R. Lynch and Marie Pearl Lynch (Craig); her husband William Edward Dugan; and her brothers, Paul, Henry and David Lynch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Billie Jean Fischer and Lisa S. Weller (Darrin) of Hancock; her siblings, Betty Lynch, Blanche Anderson of Berkeley Springs, W. V, Linda Snow of Hancock, Estaline Cromis of Hagerstown, Lee Lynch of Hancock and Merle Lynch of Hagerstown; her grandsons, Brandon William Fischer, Sr. of Chicago, Ill and Luke Weller; and her great grandchildren, Natalie Brook Fischer and Brandon William Fischer, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
