It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Shantay McKinley of Hancock, Maryland, born in Dundalk, Maryland, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Steven Lipinski and Sandra Lipinski of Hancock, MD.; her husband Thomas McKinley; her children, Ashley Shantay Malcolm (Kyle Malcolm) of Martinsburg, WV. and Brandon Thomas Richard McKinley (Angel McKinley) of Gerrardstown, WV.; her siblings, Tammy Eader, Steven Lipinski and Troy Lipinski; and her grandchildren, Ella Jean Malcolm, Mia Grace McKinley, Gabriel Joseph Malcom, Laela-Mae Tula Malcolm and Kolt Steven Thomas McKinley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
