He was predeceased by: his daughter Lily Christine Blevins; and his father-in-law Bob Rohrer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewellyn Blevins (Bradley); his son Wyatt Christopher Blevins; his parents, Carl Reed Blevins and Paula Renee Blevins (Cushatt); his siblings, Kimberly Schelebo (Joe) and Patrick Blevins (Karen); his cousins, Susann Whitehurst and Michelle Wilder; and his parents-in-law, Gay Rohrer and Ralph Bradley Jr.. He is also survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
