We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2020, at the age of 79, Charles Thomas of Hancock, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Vedeania Beverly "Dee" Thomas; and his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Inez Higgs Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Dwayne L. Schlotterbeck (Robin) of Hancock, Kimberly K. of Hagerstown and Rafe A. Thomas of Hagerstown. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
