She is survived by: her friends, Debbie Daley and Steve Iden; and her children, Clinton Pennington (Luci) of Virginia Beach, VA, Goldie Pennington (Chris Weller) of Hancock, MD, Connie Burkes (Ronnie) of Martinsburg, WV, David Pennington of Martinsburg, WV, Lonnie Pennington of Martinsburg, WV, Jack Pennington Sr. (Sarah) of Martinsburg, WV and William Scott Pennington of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
