He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton William and Martha Pauline Potter Rinard; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry L. Beatty, Gene A. Myers, David Lee Woodal and Patricia Woodal.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carol Thompson Rinard; his children, Melissa K. Rinard of Hancock, Daniel L. Rinard (Roberta) of Somersworth, NH, William V. Rinard (Jennifer) of Clermont, FL and David J. Rinard (Kimberly) of Great Cacapon, WV; his sisters, Donna Morse (Roy), Lois Myers, Brenda Douglas and Bonnie Unger (Rick); his grandchildren, Victoria (Ben), Adrienne Ismail, Jordan Rinard (Mickayla), Elizabeth Rinard, Rebecca Rinard, Garrett Rinard and Gabriel Rinard; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Lucas, Adrian, Micah, Ezra and Amari; and his nephew Matthew Wood. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
