He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmanuel Ocloo Kwaku-Mensah and Esther Kwaku-Mensah (Bendu). He is survived by: his wife Aku-Sika Passi; his children, Abla Vyda Kwaku-Mensah (Bruno Kokoume), Ayawa Juanita Kwaku-Mensah (Thierry Batchassi), Samantha Ayawa Kwaku-Mensah, Ryan Komi Kwaku-Mensah and Kevin Yao Kwaku-Mensah; his siblings, Akossiwa Lydia Kwaku-Mensah and Anani David Kwaku-Mensah (Olga); and his grandchildren, Maria-Bakhita Kokoume, Mariella-Batya Kokoume, Marco-Benigno Kokoume and Maite-Betsy Kokoume.
