She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Miles and Rev. Charles Miles; and her grandchildren, Benjamin, Isabella and Christiana.
She is survived by: her children, Gretchen Vaughn (Jim) and Norman Porter; her brothers, Charles Miles and Frank Miles (Carole); her grandchildren, James (Zoie), Brennan, Abigail, Andrew and Olivia; and her friend Kathy Queen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
