He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Isaiah and Frances Cathryn Younkins (Ford); his wife Mary Anne Younkins; his sister Phyllis Wood; and his brother-in-law Kent Baker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Heather A. Younkins of Martinsburg, WV and Holli A. Rowland (Walt) of Hagerstown, MD; his grandchildren, Bruce Bullett of Martinsburg, WV and Brittany Marston (Eric) of Smithsburg, MD; and his great grandchild Victor Marston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar Lawn Memorial Park (17636 W Washington St, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
