It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Merson (Great Mills, Maryland), born in Leonardtown, Maryland, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lillian Hall Bailey and Thomas Aloysius Bailey (Teen); and her close friend Joyce King of Fredericksburg, VA.. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Renee Merson Bekel of Callaway, MD and Eric "Todd" Merson (Jennifer) of Hollywood, MD; her grandchildren, Anna Paige Merson and Abby Lynn Merson; her brother Thomas Christopher 'Chris' Bailey (Kathy) of Avenue, MD; her nephew Christopher 'Ryan' Bailey (Jordan); and her nieces, Alison Rose Bailey and Sydney Jane Bailey.
