He is survived by: his wife Vicki Reio (Rice); his children, Joseph Franklin Reio Jr. (Janet), Donna Jean Reio Rand and Tammy Sue Reio Brummitt; his grandchildren, Samantha Grasso (Doug), Cody Brummitt (Sara), Ethan Rand (Heather), Jacob Brummitt (Rachel), Newell Rand (Cameron), Joseph Reio (Megan), Kyle Reio (Kayla) and Kameron Reio; his great grandchildren, Autumn Hatcher, Evan Lincoln, Thomas Garner, Henry Brummitt, Jacob Brummitt Jr., Isabelle Brummitt and Jamie Rand; and his siblings, Becky Duncan, Linda Miller, Barbara Reio, Johnny Duncan, Jimmy Duncan and Cathy Duncan.
