It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter H. Plamondon Sr. of Germantown, Maryland, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was also a major benefactor of the Frederick Community College Culinary Program and a founding member of the Community Foundation of Frederick.
