It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Natalie C. Ruggles Mann (Gaithersburg, Maryland), who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Ruggles and Lura Ruggles of St. Johnsbury, VT.; her husband George E. Mann; her siblings, Daune Borden and Everett Ruggles; her son Rodney R. Mann; and her son-in-law Wayne H. Fortier.
She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Fortier; her daughter-in-law Joanne Mann of Davidson, NC.; and her son Graylin Mann (Cathleen C. Mann). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
