It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth J. Watter of Gaithersburg, Maryland, who passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Katherine and William (Alisha); his siblings, Daniel (Laurie) and Hillary; and his father Stanley. He is also survived by his family, friends.
