He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Ceglowski and Agnes Ceglowski; his wife Joan Armour (Galligan); his children, Frank J. (Rose) of Brambleton, VA, Sandra Perrotta (Ron) of High Falls, NY, Maryellen Armour and Sarah Armour of North Potomac, MD.; his grandchildren, Stephen C. Perrotta and Jayden F. Armour; and his caregiver Guillaine Djofang.
