She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rucker and Margaret Rucker; and her brother Hugh Rucker. She is survived by: her sons, Bryan Utter (Elizabeth) of Columbia, Mark Utter (Crystal) of Columbia and Erik Utter (Jennifer) of Poolesville, Maryland.; her grandchildren, Orjan and Aerith; and her siblings, Elaine Rucker, Clara J. Powell and Phillip Rucker.
