She was predeceased by: her parents, Graydon H. Mezick and Pauline Dashiell Mezick. She is survived by: her children, John David Collins of Salisbury and Dana Collins Wagner (Daniel); her grandsons, John Wagner (Christina) of Elverson, PA, Mark Wagner (Jennifer) of Bishopville and Joshua Collins of Salisbury; her great grandchildren, Raegan, Caleb, Luke, Faith, Caroline, Ezra and Brynn; and her daughter-in-law Heather Collins of Salisbury. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
