He was predeceased by: his parents, David Hernan Wallace and Emma Victoria Wallace (Douglas). He is survived by: his wife Violet Moses Wallace of Fruitland, Maryland; his children, Valarie Polk (Henry) of Salisbury, Latoya Wallace (Adam) of Salisbury, Claudine Everett of Salisbury and Douglas Allen Wallace Jr. of Fruitland, Maryland; and his siblings, Lena Walker of Delmar and Calvin Wallace Jr. (Barbara) of Woodbridge, Virginia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended relatives and friends.
