He was predeceased by: his parents, Rene Victor Bernard and Marlene Frances Ritter Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Pam Bernard; and his children, Victor Bernard Jr. (Amanda), Kristy Traini (Derek) and Christie Coyle (Chas).
