Linebarger of Frederick, Maryland, born in San Diego, California, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Wright and Dorothea Wright (Fowler); her husband Joel Kenneth Linebarger (Pop); and her stepson William Rottler-Eidson. She is survived by: her sister Patricia (Michael Reinsch) of Los Angeles, CA; her children, Dylan Linebarger (Tara) of Hagerstown, MD, Kim Tharp (John) of Meriden, CT, Chelsea Kent (Jim) of Berlin, CT and Shannon Ryan of Virginia Beach, VA.; and her grandchildren, Brandon Williams, Joshua Springer, Janie Newell, Jacob Springer, Logan Tharp, Jordan Tharp, Tanner Kent, Breana Ryan, Dylan Joel Linebarger, Kieran Ryan, Owen Linebarger, Asher Linebarger and Catherine Bowlyou.
