It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Elizabeth Stauffer of Frederick, Maryland, born in New Midway, Maryland, who passed away on May 30, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester George Dutrow and Beatrice Mae Kintz Dutrow; her son Chris Stauffer; her sister Doris M. Miller (Paul); her sister-in-law Jeannette Dutrow; and her former husband J. David Stauffer.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah K. Zimmerman (Thomas) of Waynesboro, PA and Michael A. Stauffer (Sherry) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Chad D. Zimmerman (Lori) of Thurmont, Jessica L. Miles (Kevin) of Middletown and Danielle N. Stauffer of Frederick; her great grandchildren, Alisun J. Zimmerman of Pensacola, FL, Aurora L. Miles of Middletown and Cody M. Miles of Middletown; and her brother Robert R. Dutrow of New Midway.
