He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Staley Grimes and Wilma Grimes (Burrier). He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Tammy Schubel of Knoxville and Terree Long (Joe Ketterman) of Frederick; his stepsons, Daniel Offenbacker (Martha) of Texas, Michael Offenbacker (Trisha) of Alaska and Stephen Offenbacker (Brittany) of Texas; his grandchildren, Sean Schubel (Katie) of New Zealand, Rusty Long (Beth) of Sykesville, Randi Wenner (DJ) of Frederick and Joey Ketterman (Angie) of Frederick; his great grandchildren, Hailey, Michael, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Kira, Parker, Morgan and Maddux; and his siblings, Sity Grimes Roach (Don) of New Mexico, Ruthie Grimes McKinney of Frederick, Jim Grimes (Elsie) of Frederick and Bob Grimes (Carolyn) of West Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, good friends.
