Simpson Grossnickle of Frederick, Maryland, born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter G. Simpson and Adelaide M. Simpson Frounfelter; her son Myron G. Grossnickle; her sisters, Gloria A. Elliott (Bernard Sr.) and Barbara S. Reed; and her siblings-in-law, Nancy Black (Gordon), Erma Saylor (Hall) and Rogerlee Grossnickle (Ann).
She is survived by: her husband Arthur G. Grossnickle; her daughter Sharon L. Grossnickle (Frederick); her brother Walter Lee Simpson Sr. (Helen) of Littlestown, PA; her brother-in-law Carl R. Reed of Westminster; and her close friend Donna G. Rothlauf of Frederick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
