She was predeceased by: her husband William Kenneth Hawkins, Sr.; her parents, Russell Peter Wiles, Sr. and Letha Alice Grossnickel Wiles; her grandson Joey Hawkins; her great grandchild Harper Rose Melvin; and her siblings, Austin Wiles, Russell Wiles, Jr., Doris Grossnickle, Pauline Grossnickle and Marie Harshman.
She is survived by: her children, William Kenneth Hawkins, Jr. (Nancy) and Susan Marie Campbell of Frederick; her grandsons, Chad William Hawkins (Dani) of Frederick, Bradley Michael Hawkins of Frederick and Brian Kenneth Hawkins of Frederick; her children, Justin Richard Melvin (Megan) of Virginia Beach, VA, Michael William Melvin (Kristen) of Windsor, VA and Ryan Christopher Campbell of Frederick; her great grandchildren, Claire Hawkins, Jane Hawkins and Camden Melvin; and her siblings, Rejean Fogle of Hagerstown, Yvonne Georg of Brunswick and Thomas Wiles of Middletown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
