He was predeceased by: his parents, F. Melvina Offutt (Whims) of Frederick and Maurice Bernard "Duck" Ambush of Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Whims; his children, Aldana Whims of Fredericksburg, VA, Vaughn Whims, Darryl Whims of Frederick and Cassandra Whims of Frederick; and his grandchildren, Tieara, Jasmine, Amya, Jordan, Skyler and Spencer Whims of Frederick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
