He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perkoski and Stella Perkoski (Verbinski); his brothers, John Perkoski, Ralph Perkoski, Albert Perkoski and Donald Perkoski; and his daughter-in-law Gail Perkoski.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Derkach Perkoski; his children, Joseph H. Perkoski, John Michael Perkoski and Margaret Lynn Perkoski (Rudi); his grandson John Henry Perkoski (Ryann); his great great grandchild Margaret "Maggie" Remington Perkoski; and his friend Kim Perkoski.
