She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Geisinger and Mary Bessie Getzandanner Geisinger; her husband Leroy Fowler; her son Steven D. Smith; and her brother Charles Geisinger.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Fowler (Kathy) of Charlottesville, VA and Randy Fowler of Frederick; her granddaughter Rachel Danielle Fowler; her daughter-in-law Kay Smith; and her brother Dan Geisinger. She is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
