She is survived by: her children, Allison "Ronnie" Blackston, Philip Thompson, Kean Thompson, Ryan "Jimmy" Thompson (Shannon), Chasity, Larry and Barry Thompson; her daughter-in-law Lena Thompson; her sisters, Myra McCain, Charlotte "Pauline" Goines, Gladys "Louise" Weedon, Helen Weedon and Dorothy Blackston; her nieces, Betty Jean Bowie and Barbara Jordan; and her close friends, Peggy Bowie and Peggy Hoy. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
