He is survived by: his wife Karenina Anselmo; his parents, James Madden and Kimberly Madden; his sister Ashley (Kevin Szatmary); his grandparents, Bette Shafer and David Smith (Nancy); his parents-in-law, Ariel and Lucena Anselmo; his brother-in-law Friedrich Anselmo (Lani Matthews); and his grandmother Thanksgiving. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
