He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Stockman; his parents, Franklin "Buck" Stockman Sr. and Marie Stockman (Grove); and his stepparents, Benny Grove Sr. and Betty Stockman.
He is survived by: his children, Michael S. Stockman (Teresa) of Frederick and Kelly M. Spurrier (Mark) of Frederick; his grandchildren, Ryan Spurrier (Heather), Lukas Spurrier (Nazie), Dr. Sara Stockman (John Watts) and Emily Stockman; his great grandchildren, Phoenix, Philip and Aiden; his brother Benny Grove III (Denise); his brother-in-law Frederick "Biff" Burk (Donna); his nieces, Tomara Arrington, April Stites and Jessica Silberzahn; and his close friend Ruth Galante. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
