He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett C. Johnson-Wenzel and Helen E. Wachter Johnson-Wenzel; his stepfather Charles "Buck" Wenzel; his brother Thomas "Bob" Johnson (Marjorie Ann); and his daughter-in-law Kami.
He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Johnson (Bare); his children, Todd (Jill) and Tracy; his friends, Cris Ann Shultz, Bob Trout and Bonnie Joe Moore; and his cousin Ronnie Heffner.
