With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Taylor Loeb of Frederick, Maryland, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on January 26, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Dwight Monnier and Lorraine Monnier. She is survived by: her husband Ed Loeb; her daughter Tanya Taylor Rubinstein of Nashville, TN; her granddaughter Chloe Siegman of Chicago, IL; and her siblings, Linda Purdum (Allan) and Dwight Monnier (Shirley).
