With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Edward Jewell Jr. of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on February 22, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Jewell, Sr. and Bessie Tobery Jewell; his son Christopher; and his sisters, Katherine Castle, Dottie Bowers, Rosalie Ebberts, Margaret Fox, Ruth Mauro and Bessie Lorraine Shores.
He is survived by: his wife Esther May Jewell (Timmons); his children, Clarence E. "Chip" Jewell, III (Kathy), Cindy Clary, Risa Jewell and Casey Harrington (Jim); his grandson George "Bubba" Clary (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Erika and Andrew; his grandson Curtis Jewell (Julia); his great grandchildren, Clark, Coretta, Kristin Zoller (Zack), Nora, Ian, Isla, Chris Clary (Mallory Smith), Bill Harrington (Alexa), Mike Harrington (Jennifer) and Jamie Harrington; and his brother Charles Jewell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
