He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brooks and Helen Brooks; and his brothers, Norman and Johnny Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Brooks; his brother Tony Brooks (Fern); his siblings-in-law, Marie Naugle (Larry) and George B. Moxley Jr. (Patricia); his nephew Donald Minnick (Karen); and his friend William Otto Jr.. He is also survived by many Nephew and Nieces and Great Nephew and Nieces.
