Carrie Ann Pierson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carrie Ann Pierson of Frederick, Maryland, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Ague and Margaret Ague (Higham) of McDonald, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Jerome Pierson (Jerry); her son Daniel; her daughter-in-law Renee (Connor); her granddaughter-in-law Fern; her uncle Charles W. Ague; her aunts, Mary Margaret Hatt and Jean Ague; her nephews, Higham and Pierson; her friend Clover Hill; her cousin Sissy Plank of Ellicott City; and also, Cathy (Jim), Jack, Mike (Judy), Diane, Jim (Kay), Tom, Sue, Joe (Deb) and Ed (Karen). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces.
Carrie had a heart for those who were not as fortunate, and donated generously to the Cancer Patient Assistance Fund of Frederick Health Hospital. As such, in lieu of flowers, Carrie asked that memorial gifts be made to the Frederick Health Cancer Patient Assistance Fund, PO Box 718, Frederick, MD 21705 or http://www.frederickhealth.org to provide assistance to individuals facing financial challenges as a result of their cancer diagnosis.
