He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd William Breeding and Anna Mae Short Breeding. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Breeding of Federalsburg; his daughters, Sherry Breeding of Seaford and Debbie Trice (Mark) of Seaford; his grandchildren, LeAnne, Douglas, Craig, Seth and Michaela; his great grandchild Kendra; his sister Delores Lane of Federalsburg; and his nieces, Lois and Linda of Federalsburg.
