He is survived by: his wife Delcia Sorrell; his children, David Sorrell, Alan Sorrell, Sr. (Takisha), Gary Sorrell (Valerie), Richard Deron Sorrell, Sr. (Debbie), Bridgette Abd-El'Aziz, Judy Sorrell, Terri Sorrell, Linda Barboza (Tracy) and Deborah Johnson; his siblings, Dorothy Veeney and Lloyd Veeney (Vanessa); his siblings-in-law, Deladimore Speller (Ruth), Jimmy Speller, Jackie Veeney, Emma Jean Freeman, Mary Jones, Theresa Newton and Henrietta Gray; his cousin LeRoy Brown, Jr.; and his nephew Alphonso Sorrell, Sr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
