She was predeceased by: her parents, George Gabriel Head and Mary Elizabeth Head (Benton); and her brother George Richard Head. She is survived by: her husband William A. Perkins; her children, Robert Perkins (Deanna), Tammi Zalewski (Ray), Sandy Mullett (Chuck) and Karen Perkins; and her sister Doris Moore. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
