He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Wallace, Sharon Hauk, Helen Erich and Barbara Dick; and his siblings, Kenneth Dick, George Dick, Nancy Gulley and Jean McIntash. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
