He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Oren Cecil and Evelyn Louise Lewis. He is survived by: his cousin Danny Bayliss (Sandra); his niece Helen Cleveland; and his godchildren, Patrick Kane, Travis Kane, Joann Osborne and Linda Jane Chalupa-Roop.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked for contributions to be made to the funeral home.
