She was predeceased by: her parent Delbert Colwell; her husband Franklin Vigo; and her brothers, Charles Colwell, James Colwell and John Colwell.
She is survived by: her parent Margaret Colwell (Wood); her children, Franklin Joseph "Joe" Vigo, Jr. (Melody) of Kiski Township and Cindy Vigo; her grandchildren, Orren Vigo of Federalsburg, MD, Maria Vigo of Kiski Township and Nicole Rebyanski of Jeannette; and her sisters-in-law, Olean Colwell of San Diego, CA and Carol Colwell of Birney, MT. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions in Erma's memory be made to Four Footed Friends, 220 Beck Rd, Indiana, PA 15701.
