It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis E. Willin (Federalsburg, Maryland), born in Milford, Delaware, who passed away on June 13, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Vincent and Hilda Pritchett Vincent; and his siblings, Randy Dale Willin and Cindy Lee Willin. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Patrick and Roy Lare; his nieces, Karla Patrick, Tammy Zebron and Kimberly Walden; and his nephew Kenny Lare.
