He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton John Baynard, Sr. and Joan Delores Baynard. He is survived by: his son Clayton Baynard III of Federalsburg, MD; his grandchildren, Zymere Wilson, Quentin Butler, Amira Carter and Kaden Carter; and his siblings, Eugene Baynard of Federalsburg, MD and Barbara Banks of Laurel, DE. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
