She is survived by: her husband Ronald Francis Slowik; her sisters, Rosemarie Aut of St Louis, MO and Virginia Winter of Towanda, NY.; her son Paul; her daughter-in-law Rebecca; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Kathleen and David; her daughter-in-law Sandra; her grandson Allen; her great grandchild Ashlynn; and her daughter-in-law Stacy.
