He is survived by: his wife Julie Maynard-Hart; his children, Laura Hart-Puryear, Bethany Hart and Kym Hart; his grandchildren, Tyler Hart, Olivia Puryear and Madelyn Puryear; his son-in-law Dan Puryear; and his siblings, Ken Hart, Kandi Barber and Ron Hart.
