He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miller and Helen Elizabeth Miller; his wife Patsy Ellen Miller; and his siblings, Thelma, Charles, Roland and Frankie.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Renee Webb, John William Miller, Denise Lynn Peake, Cary Frank Miller, Melanie Ann Peck and Kevin Lee Miller; and his sister Viola (Kusler). He is also survived by grandchildren; 14 cherished great-grandchildren.
